After meeting, a detailed report will provide you with a concrete plan for gaining entrance to your top choice colleges. Having a strong plan assures that you will have the right message and approach. 

You can move forward with your college process in an informed and confident manner. No more guessing.
Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to form relationships with college admissions officers, professors, and alumni. These connections will support you in building the strongest possible case for admission.  

With every package, you have access to Dr. Legatt's exclusive community that includes twice-monthly private live Q&As for the duration of high school.  

Packages

Early Decider Strategy Package (Juniors and Seniors)

Designed for students who have opted to apply Early Decision or Restrictive Early Action to their top-choice college, Dr. Legatt will provide:

  • A 60-90 minute meeting and an in-depth pre-screen of the student applicant's profile, including transcript, high school profile, test scores, extracurricular activities, writing sample, and family/student background
  • A strategic plan, including major selection, essay topics, and letters of recommendation for the 1 top choice college
  • A list of important and relevant contacts for the student to reach out to and advice on how to approach these contacts
  • A detailed session report covering the recommendations at the meeting
  • 2 additional meetings of up to 60 minutes to clarify the application strategy, resume and activity list, and essays 
  • Up to 3 rounds of edits on resume and essays after the initial strategy is implemented
  • If requested, 1 final read of the Common Application before submission
  • A recommended school list beyond the top-choice college

Customized Admission Plan (Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors) 

This plan is designed for students to maximize their high school years and manage their time effectively. It includes:

  • A 60-90 minute meeting and an in-depth pre-screen of the student applicant’s profile, including transcript, high school profile, test scores, extracurricular activities, and family/student background

  • 3 additional hours of support on any aspect of the college preparation or application process
  • A mock admissions committee review with 3 former top-college admissions officers providing feedback (optional - additional charge)

  • The plan includes:

    • Customized course-taking, extracurricular, and summer program suggestions

    • A detailed session report covering the recommendations at meeting

    • An initial list of colleges to target

    • A standardized test schedule

Final Application Review (Seniors Only)

Designed for students to make the strongest impression on their top-choice college, this assessment will include:

  • A 60-90 minute meeting and an in-depth pre-screen of the student’s application, including transcript, high school profile, test scores, extracurricular activities, writing sample, resume, supplement materials, and family/student background

Student will receive:

  • Clear recommendations and areas to improve on before submission
  • Two rounds of essay edits
  • A detailed session report covering the recommendations at meeting
  • Mock admissions committee review with 3 former top-college admissions officers providing feedback (optional - additional charge)
  • 1 additional hour of support on any aspect of the college preparation or application process
